How to reload plugins quickly for development in Godot 4?
I've been using godot-plugin-refresher. It's designed for 3.x but it can be made to work with some fixes, specifically, the plugin_refresher_plugin.gd script is using the old API for connecting signals, here's my fixed version of this script: https://gist.github.com/Ryhon0/c8c051d8af191e7039a4bc260ea85c85

In case you missed it, PankuConsole actually has a powerful screen notifier.
PankuConsole is a all-in-one feature-packed dev console for godot engine 4 aimed to provide debug support at runtime (It was initially developed as a debug tool to help me build my dream open-world rpg, however, I failed at which, so the plugin became some sort of legacy). Aside from its many other documented features, I have found that a lot people don't realize PankuConsole also has a powerful screen notifier, so I made a demo video to show you this.

Have you heard of Panku Console It has the same feature and much more. You might want to consider using that so you can focus your time on your game.
