My thought on different engines
If you want to learn how to create Godot games, there are a ton of resources. Not like Unreal Engine, the Godot Documentation is well made, complete, and includes a lot of tutorials. From what I heard, GDQuest (on the web and on YouTube) is also a great resource for learning Godot with free and paid content. And you can just ask questions on the Godot Discord.

Beginner Tutorial RTS or TBS
If you have the disposable income and want more of a formal education type of style https://www.gdquest.com have very good tutorials I can personally attest to, however they currently are for Godot 3.5 instead of Godot 4.1

Are we allowed to recreate the Godot logo for custom splash screens?
The Logo is licensed under CC-BY-4.0 International. Which means attribution is required, but you can make modifications if you state the changes you made and you can use it commercially or non commercially. See here and here.

I tried making a potential new sub-reddit icon
Well, we've added Godot Snoo a while back to the design repo here https://github.com/godotengine/godot-design/pull/64 But we never got to actually using it. :)
