Something to note is that all of this is still open source. Theoretically, someone can decide to fork SQLBoiler and add all the missing things, or send in a PR. A good example is that the current most popular uuid package. gofrs/uuid was forked from an unmaintained previously popular package.

Use something that does codegen, like sqlc or Bob.

Generation for enums is done if you use Bob to generate your ORM.

Bob (https://github.com/stephenafamo/bob) generates models for a database schema, and for ease of use, I think it makes sense to be able to work with whatever format the schema is defined with.
