    You could build a wiki yourself / add on to an existing wiki with those features as other's said & host it on GitHub pages. And use something to render your Markdown content, you maybe want to check this out Markdown-Tag: Add Markdown to any HTML using a tag & if you prefer not to build something from scratch may I suggest using this git-wiki-theme: A revolutionary full-featured wiki for github pages and jekyll.     We have not pushed the instructions for this to our wiki yet, but I can link to the in progress instructions we have on github. First look at "Installing DDU", then scroll down to the "Wiping Audio Drivers" section. Remember that you have to be in safe mode when running DDU, instructions are linked to in the article.
