Stars - the number of stars that a project has on GitHub. Growth - month over month growth in stars.
Activity is a relative number indicating how actively a project is being developed. Recent commits have higher weight than older ones.
For example, an activity of 9.0 indicates that a project is amongst the top 10% of the most actively developed projects that we are tracking.

gh cli with some gh extensions, like gh-f, gh-s, and gh-i, can get you most of the way there

...and now gh-i to search for issues interactively!
Cool! BUT I actually can't get navigation to work βΉοΈ
As part of a family of gh extensions I have been writing, the newborn is gh-i. Search for issues interactively with a nice selection prompt, add modifier flags to refine the query and pipe commands to execute (or simply open the issue and have a look)!

You can find it on GitHub: https://github.com/seachicken/gh-poi
