The first prototype of Adaptable Linux Platform (ALP) is live!
Same for cockpit, firewall, apache, gdm! https://github.com/fcrozat/gdm-container/tree/main/container . Imagine you could have very stable base, but be able to pick e.g. same desktop as it's currently available in TW (because it's just matter of swapping a container and installing bunch of flatpaks on it).

The first prototype of Adaptable Linux Platform (ALP) is live!
:-) the end product for sure, but the prototype comes only in preconfigured qcow image (so no installer). So as of now not, unless you dump it on your drive manually, and handle grub entries. Later prototypes will come with D-Installer, where we'll handle your usecase properly https://github.com/yast/d-installer

https://github.com/yast/d-installer/issues/141 is about a different installer, but it reasons that two progress bars are confusing.
