Gekkio has many interesting designs: https://github.com/Gekkio/gb-hardware

do you guys know any online and complete guide teaching how to make own gameboy cartridges?
this might be useful for board schematics to roll your own PCBs. at the bare minimum you'll need a board with an EEPROM chip to program your cartridge ROM onto. anything fancy and you'll need a board with an EEPROM plus an MBC chip (the simplest to understand imo is MBC1)

Cheap ways to get cartridge contact pins for decoration?
There are some projects where people have designed PCBs for gameboy cartridges, like this one. https://github.com/Gekkio/gb-hardware. The license file says it can be used commercially so you should be good, but I'd read carefully if you plan to sell them.

There's been a lot of research into making DIY Gameboy cartridges. For example here.
