How to create pages accordingly to data fetch from API?
part two: smaller issues related to inventory, price changes, etc could be updated via new builds but could also be achieved with some scripts such as: https://github.com/gil--/gatsby-plugin-apollo-client <- great example of a stock related data fetch that conditionally renders info based on availability. and something like that would be added to your page templates which then get built according to builds
