did i chose the wrong MacBook? (2015 Pro 15")
Probably not the solution for you but might want to try gSwitch; a menu bar app that lets you enable/disable the discrete GPU. I use it with my dual graphics 15” 2014 MBP. Otherwise, the only MacBook that’s going to run cool and quiet is an M1 or M2.
- How can I completely disable a gpu?

Windows has a better perfomances than MacOS in my MBP 2015
I found an interesting solution. My MBP has two graphic cards, Intel Iris Pro and AMD Radeon R9 M370X 2 GB. Well, with this tool (https://github.com/CodySchrank/gSwitch) it is possible to select which one to use. For example, when the MBP is not plugged in, it is possible to make it only use the Intel one to save battery.

I just got poor battery life in my MacBook Pro 16 is it ok? if it is not can you guys give me suggestions? I just used chrome or safari for browsing and watch youtube how much I got but I am disappointed I buy it 15 days ago I expected 10 hours battery life.
Maybe try installing this. You can install via brew so that is a plus.

Anyone have any idea what's causing this flashing on the screen? - Macbook Pro 15" Mid-2015
See if it only happens while using the dedicated or internal GPU. You can use this app to just use one or the other: https://github.com/CodySchrank/gSwitch/releases/tag/1.9.7
