There's this project for GTA3 and Vice City. There's no San Andreas port on the Switch, yet, but it has been successfully ported to the Vita so I'm sure it'll happen eventually.

Is that Vice City port any good?
Reading the notes in the GitHub page reads like there were several bug fixes since the last release was DCMA’d. I bet it would worth a shot. On the todo list there doesn’t seem to be anything game breaking left to fix.
