I've found the nextcloud forms app to be good. Many free nextcloud providers for small instances.

Nextcloud Forms does not offer yet the ability to upload files directly from the form : https://github.com/nextcloud/forms/issues/42

Cryptpad.fr has forms, but I don't think you can upload attachments. Nextcloud has a forms app, support for attachments should land in the next version.

You can pay for FOSS software. I do it to support FOSS developers and maintainers.

Krita (version 5.1.3): Professional painting program

After browsing through some trending repos, I'm looking forward to contributing to Krita in the upcoming weeks. It's a cross-platform application for digital painting.

There's only few programs which can pull that off, e.g. Krita and one reason is that it's not commercial.
