Posix complient date command
For clarity, the script I am working on is footy. I use Arch Linux myself, so date works perfectly for me. I am just trying to address this issue I created, so footy would work on most Unix platforms.

[footy](https://github.com/fritzrehde/footy) has very minimal output (e.g. '-r' option to get output seperated by commas instead of whitespace), perfect for piping to other Unix tools, allowing you to customize its output to your heart's content.

I am not very familiar with Windows, and the cli was intended for Unix systems. But there is another similar project written in Python (https://github.com/architv/soccer-cli), I think that one works on Windows (not sure though).
