setcookie is received but is not set
Oh dear, how sure you are about that? I feel like there is something stupid missing and that is. Otherwise, how is it possible that all tutorials I have seen use axios. Even the tutorial I have been following use it https://github.com/flolu/auth/blob/bdddd4e2bd2d01d587a7a9bb9a38c79b845b0f9a/client/lib/fetcher.ts

How do I inject the cookie object into a function?
I am setting up authentication with FastAPI (I am learning it) and I am using the following two information sources: https://fastapi.tiangolo.com/tutorial/security/simple-oauth2/ https://github.com/flolu/auth/tree/bdddd4e2bd2d01d587a7a9bb9a38c79b845b0f9a (Nodejs)

Can OAuth be made to redirect immediately if the scope is already authorized?
Workaround If you store the access token of the user you should be able to detect if they have already authorized your app and just skip the OAuth flow. OAuth services such as Pizzly or libraries like simple-oauth2 will help you with that (and token refreshes, checking whether the token is expired etc.)

Setting up an OAuth workflow can be somewhat tedious. Luckily, Pizzly offers an amazingly simple way to take care of this. Pizzly provides a proxy server for over 80 OAuth integrations and you can deploy your own instance for free on Heroku (as I did).
