For example, an activity of 9.0 indicates that a project is amongst the top 10% of the most actively developed projects that we are tracking.

You're welcome :) That issue is pretty old, SBE now supports having additional `numGroups`, `numVarDataFields` in message/group header but it doesn't solve the problem. I explained it in more details in this issue.

Can you determine filetype by CID?
It looks like the bitswap protocol doesn't support range requests, you can only request a whole block of data. But I'm not sure whether a file consists of one block or many blocks.
