Stars - the number of stars that a project has on GitHub. Growth - month over month growth in stars.
Activity is a relative number indicating how actively a project is being developed. Recent commits have higher weight than older ones.
For example, an activity of 9.0 indicates that a project is amongst the top 10% of the most actively developed projects that we are tracking.

Importing quotes
gnucash-cli has the ability to import quotes via the finance-quote perl module. Finance-quote can retrieve data from a variety of source. It would be great to design a module that would retrieve data locally via a REST API (which I think SQL Express offers). But obviously technical. https://github.com/finance-quote/finance-quote

Need help with Factset - ISIN finding and Ownership Report
I don't have experience with Factset, but I've worked with ISINs a lot, mainly in the Indian context. Depending on which country you are dealing with, you could look at the relevant issuer. I've found OpenFIGI to be reasonably good, with batch-based querying, and a proper API, so that might work for your usecase.
