How does one build a feedback loop, for people to give one's opinion towards a project?
Since your project is using JavaScript I could recommend you to use this Library https://www.npmjs.com/package/insight, if the user agreed it will send anonymous data to your Google analytics... So far that the best way for me to know when a user is using the tool or getting an error...
