I just tested it on 3 songs and latest FFmpeg with reworked codecs - https://github.com/AnimMouse/ffmpeg-autobuild/releases doesn't seems to have much problems with raising peaks after compression/decompression anymore as it had 1 year ago. I tested also on ILU -3.7 master with high crest factor and peaks changed just 0.1 dB.
