A social login OPTION is enough to be able to be tracked. https://developers.facebook.com/docs/android/

In Android apps, that's how it works.

The SDK (recommended for login) is set up by default to collect information and installs handlers for app lifecycle events as soon as the app is installed. The default is to do this without requesting user consent.

Are you referring to HERE WeGo? The current version app only has one tracker (Facebook Login) which is only used if you choose to log in through Facebook:
