Face Similarity On iOS Using VGGFace CoreML Model
Also weights of model are quantised. In majority of cases it's better to retrain model rather than to "reduce", interpolate final coefficients. VGGFace based on ResNet50 was reduced from 59 to 15 MB after quantization. Found similar project on GitHub(Face-Id), big applause to the author....

Face Similarity On iOS Using VGGFace CoreML Model
So I couldn't make the code runnable in Google Colab (uses Python v3.8), luckily on local workstation (using PyCharm) after installing TensorFlow 1.14 and appropriate Keras version and selecting Python v2.7, I managed to install and use the library.
