How can I achieve getting the old MKMarkerAnnotationView style still found in Maps?

I’m trying to develop a simple program that uses mapKit to find and display hospitals on a map. I am currently using the performSearch feature to look for hospitals, but this ends up including animal hospitals on the map. Is there a way to ignore specific terms in a performSearch function?
