I'm building an unauthorized web interface for a car share service I use. They discontinued theirs in favour of their terrible mobile apps. I just finished the API client in TypeScript, now I'm on to the UI.
I RE'd the API calls using an android emulator and mitmproxy. It has been a ton of fun. If ur in Vancouver and use evo, you may be interested. If you work for vulog, look away!

How do i create an map with amount of accumulated rain?
So you'd want to have a map where you plot the amount of rainfall at different coordinate points? You'd prob want to get the data in JSON format then you could use Leaflet Marker Cluster to plot the rainfall amount at each coordinate then aggregate them for a particular area.

Mobile performance is a bit slow, I suspect because of all the markers on the map. Consider bunching them into clusters https://github.com/Leaflet/Leaflet.markercluster
