You can add programs that show the current track playing. https://github.com/erikrichardlarson/unbox But that is optional, not many streamers are doing it. Shame.

chat overlay that shows bTTV & 7TV Emotes
For the past couple months, I've been working on an on-screen chat overlay that works with BTTV and 7TV emotes. This project is a fork of yeah-but-bttv, made by noaione. However, this project was sadly abandoned and didn't work consistently, so I spent some time working on it myself to make fixes and enhancements.
