Activity is a relative number indicating how actively a project is being developed. Recent commits have higher weight than older ones.
For example, an activity of 9.0 indicates that a project is amongst the top 10% of the most actively developed projects that we are tracking.

Floatplane playback issues in Aus (unable to enjoy LTX Digital)
Edit: if anyone in the future finds this and is in the same boat, there is a docker container to automatically download the floatplane vids and then add it to your Plex server so you can watch it buffering free: https://github.com/Inrixia/Floatplane-Downloader

I think the confusion is with the URL's GitHub uses, for example this link https://github.com/Inrixia/Floatplane-Downloader/blob/master/package.json looks like it might be for a raw JSON file, but it's not. I expect this is basically what Linus tried to right-click and save as. If it actually was just a JSON file that would have worked.
