Closest thing to uBlock Origin on iOS?
For DNS adblocking, you can ditch the app entirely and use built-in encrypted DNS feature of iOS with configuration profiles and save lots of system resources and battery life.

Dnscloak seems to be dead
Unsure why DNSCloak hasn't been updated on the App Store but the maintainer, s-s does keep the beta version on TestFlight updated.
