You're going to want to download the Xenia mousehook from emoose, that'll get your mouse working!

The leak works incredibly well and there is a community patch tool here that fixes some bugs. Mouse support supposedly works here, but I've enjoyed playing Goldeneye XBLA on my couch with the 5.1 sound option.

Perfect Dark has been fully decompiled, making PC ports and mods possible
Until a port is made, the best way to play Perfect Dark is with the 360 remaster through the mousehook Xenia build.

Forza Horizon 1 is fully working and playable with the newest build of Xenia, even the ground textures are working now.
No unfortunatly, there is a version called mousehook, but this version uses a old version of Xenia so it won't work as good. https://github.com/emoose/xenia/releases

The m&kb mod for GoldenEye works flawlessly on Steam Deck!
There's a mousehook version of Xenia to play the XBLA versions of GE+PD too if your rig can run it :)

I hope so, but if not there’s always the 1964 emulator made specifically for goldeneye and perfect dark. Keyboard and mouse works with these as well. There’s also Goldeneye Source for online play, but I never tried that so not sure how active it is or easy to set up.

If you want modern precise 1:1 aiming, there's a neat build of the emulator 1964 on PC that'll let you play with mouse and keyboard.

What is the best way to play Goldeneye other than the n64 version?
I use this https://github.com/Graslu/1964GEPD Its a windows source port which works well.

Have you tried 1964GEPD? It's a modified version specifically for Perfect Dark and Goldeneye. Speedhack built in to force Perfect Dark to 60FPS. Also has a mouse injector which is more robust vs. setting up mouse controls in another input plugin.
