Super fast Emacs start up
There was also another attempt for faster Emacs startup by a hardcore user: https://gitlab.com/blak3mill3r/emacs-ludicrous-speed. That's technologically great, but I don't find the benefit of adopting the additional complexity for cutting down 0.1-0.2 ms.
- Is it possible to disable lazy-loading, and load all packages on start up in doom emacs?

If you you're not afraid of some upfront effort to get things to work you could check out https://gitlab.com/blak3mill3r/emacs-ludicrous-speed
