Python and tcl auto-complete and syntax-fill
I posted my question in stack-overflow here, but I thought I might get a quicker response if I post it here as well. There was a question before on just auto-complete for python, but I am also looking for something that does syntax-filling automatically as well. I thought emacs-jedi (for python) was something close, but not fully what I was looking for. Any suggestions for just python or just tcl or both (preferably) is highly appreciated.

auto-complete vs company-mode in 2021
For python I'm using it with company-jedi, which is orphaned but only has a hundred lines of code and leaves all the work to jedi-core from emacs-jedi. It also does display call signatures in the echo area or signatures and docstrings next to completion candidates with company-box or company-quickhelp.

Unable to setup lsp-mode with lsp-pyright
I'm using Emacs 28.1 on macOS 11.6.6 (installed with brew) and want to setup a Python IDE with lsp-mode and lsp-pyright. My (not full) init.el looks like this (LSP and Python setups are at the bottom of the file):

Emacs just like Spyder IDE

auto-complete vs company-mode in 2021
Microsoft's C#-based language server is no longer developed, as you say, but Pyright, which is the open-source part of Pylance, has an lsp-mode integration. It works better than the C#-based server did and IME works just as well as Pylance in VS Code.

What are the most useful VSCode extensions you know which could be reimplemented in Emacs?
There is pyright and its lsp-mode integration lsp-pyright. Pylance is "pyright + some closed source additions" AFAIK.
What are some alternatives?
