I found and tried this one https://github.com/X3eRo0/dired.nvim it looks great! Was a bit quirky for my workflow with how it seemed to change current directory.

Vim good emacs bad, but emac's dired plugin is something that really intrigued me, so after using netrw for some time I finally started working on my own plugin. I've been working on dired.nvim and I managed to implement basic features.
