the L1 CDM got blocked by netflix and amazon, google will soon revoke it. You can dump your own L3 CDM with this script. Android only, and root is required

both Netflix and Hulu require widevine cdms to get the keys to decrypt the downloaded video, usually you just feed them into the tool, or use them in something like https://github.com/medvm/widevine_keys to get the keys and then decrypt the video manually with mp4decrypt

You can use yt-dlp but if theyre DRM encrypted you will also need to get the keys to decrypt them. You can use either this, this or this
