I showed you my duck. Please respond.
No it’s a hot swap pcb with north facing leds! I bought the parts and soldered it all together with a heat gun, 3d printed the case and put it all together with gateron lubed whites. Here is the link, it’s all open source!

With minimalist keyboards, what is your layer key layout?
I built a few Yampads last year (and have parts for more if someone wants to buy them from me), and I am starting to explore a split ortholinear layout, and I wanted to know how do you deal with having fewer keys?

Got tired of waiting for my RoMac+. Found the YamPad online, ordered the parts, and two weeks later my first endeavor in keeb making is a success!
The github repo for the YamPad has a link to an order page on PCBWay's website which made it really easy to customize my PCBs and order them. From there I went through the keeb's bill of materials and got everything I could from digikey, with the exception of the kalih sockets, which I ended up getting from kbdfans. :)
