devilspie2 VS xf86-input-wacom

It takes a bit of learning — depending on your level of expertise and understanding, maybe an hour or several hours — but you can use devilspie2 to control a whole bunch of window and dialogue behaviours, including focus. Go to the devilspie2 code page, and scroll down to README for instructions.

Thanks for the answer! Unfortunately, I have checked it, but there it is an issue on the github repo (answered by the creator) that highlights that has not been ported yet on wailand

What if you switch to x11 when using the tablet and log into wayland when you're done? Probably not ideal and you'll lose the touchpad gestures. their wiki has more info but might not be what you're looking for https://github.com/linuxwacom/xf86-input-wacom/wiki/Wayland

May be worth to take a look at https://github.com/linuxwacom/xf86-input-wacom/wiki/Known-Issues and in general the page. There seems to be quite a bit you can configure and calibrate by hand.
