DS4Windows VS universal-pokemon-randomizer-zx

There is a software for using PS5 controllers on Windows called DS4Windows (link: https://ds4-windows.com/) I recently used this to play cyberpunk with PS5 controller without issues.

Now the most important part of the aim is the feeling. This is the Aim Response Curve. To able to match this, we'll need to install DS4Windows. This program will generate a virtual controller. I downloaded from here: https://ds4-windows.com/.

If your gamepad is not supported by our service, you can try to install DS4Windows. Its function is to “trick” the PC into recognizing any controller as if it were an Xbox 360 or DualShock 4, which in turn might allow you to use it on Boosteroid. Please note: we do not guarantee that this method will work. We are not responsible for the possible consequences, you do it at your own risk.

From what I see online, it only officially supports PS3+PS4, and not PC. You might be able to get it to work using https://ds4-windows.com/ .

Ideally this feature gets merged into the actual project over here, but I was too excited to wait for that to happen. But please understand this is an extension of an already fantastic tool called the Universal Pokemon Randomizer ZX.

Another tool you could use to get a Yanmega as a starter is Universal Pokemon Randomizer ZX. Even though its main purpose is to randomize roms, you can also use it to just change the starter selection.

That guide is outdated. Nowadays, you can open a regular 3ds rom in Universal Pokemon Randomizer ZX, and output either a LayeredFS patch for a real 3ds, or a cxi file for Citra.

This randomizer supports gen 6 and 7 too I believe
