As a workaround you can use droid cam as your webcam/microphone, and headphones instead of speakers

Droidcam /v4l2loopback device not foun (/dev/video[0-9]). Did it install correctly? If you had a kernel update, you may need to re-install.

The Linux client and the OBS plugin are indeed open source. My mistake!

Not FOSS, but try also IP Webcam, it gives you a MJPEG stream and you can set it up on your computer.
I use https://github.com/agarciadom/ipwebcam-gst as a way to turn the MJPEG into a video device.

https://github.com/bluezio/ipwebcam-gst is probably the best way I've gotten this working. All of the other alternatives either had awful watermarks or had poor performance. This is linux specific.
