We've now seen AI added to Excel, Powerpoint, etc. How about an AI plugin that can auto draw walls?
In the meantime I'd suggest using DF Architect and DF Curvy Walls to make your life easier. There aren't many maps I've seen which can't have their walls draw manually in a few minutes.

New on Foundry
Dungeondraft is going to be better for creating full maps. Foundry isn't awful for creating maps, particularly with the right modules - the DragonFlagon ones like Architect and Curvy Walls are great, so is Dungeon Draw for on-the-fly stuff - but at the end of the day, map-making softwares are better for making maps to then export to Foundry for use.

Also, DF Hotkeys should let you rebind many (most?) keys that are already registered in Foundry.

DF Chat Enhancements has capabilities for logging in addition to other things, and it does a really good job.

Playing by post with Foundry ?
DragonFlagon Chat Enhancements https://github.com/flamewave000/dragonflagon-fvtt/tree/master/df-chat-enhance I'm mostly using this mod for the ability to edit chat messages. The idea is that players would use this to state their actions, and then be able to change their mind later if someone else does something unexpected, or does something that would cause the original actions to "fizzle".

Quick overview of current HP, AC, saves, (athletics, acrobatics) for shared display
Monk's Token Bar maybe? It shows simple stats (AC, passive perception) for tokens on the current scene in a drag-anywhere menu and lets you stop token movement. There's options under token management to either include or exclude tokens from the bar too. By default, I think it's only tokens classified as "Friendly."

2b/ Monk's Token Bar has an ability to restrict tokens to "combat movement", where movement is only allowed during that character's turn in a formal Encounter.
