You can install themes for the script editor as well. You can find them here on github, and it also tells you how to install them.

VSCode full integration
You'll have to stick with the internal editor. Fortunatelly it's far from being a terrible one. You can go here to get the color theme of vscode, it might help you to feel at home.

If you have a theme installed, you can check your syntax themes at %APPDATA%\Godot\text_editor_themes\ (if on windows).
