  • Any currently working docker images for pz dedi servers?
    1 project | /r/projectzomboid | 31 Jul 2022
I've tried every single one I could find on docker hub and they all have the same issue, at least on my end. SteamCMD downloads the server fine but once it goes to start it "start-server.sh: permission denied" comes up, every time without fail. This is consistent amongst images that use LGSM as a base and the ones that don't. I've tried everything I could think of regarding permissions, even changing the image's user/group ID, but no dice. Any input would be highly appreciated. For reference I've tried the no-longer-maintaned https://github.com/cyrale/project-zomboid image, which did launch and could be joined onto, but it was causing 30% IOwait on the host machine, on a SATA SSD with no actual I/O happening, from the container or outside of it.
