Regarding profiles ?
I suppose wofi or dmenu-wayland could work. Or perhaps just don't use the part that requires dmenu, depending on how exactly you plan to use profiles. Could you elaborate on that?

Swayest Workstyle
Hi I was using Workstyle but I felt like some features were missing. Namely icon mapping of the actual window name (aka "firefox" not "Some Title - Mozzila Firefox"). This one is meant specifically for Sway and Wayland. Feel free to leave feedback!
