django-jazzmin VS flask-admin

There are also alternative admin themes (e.g. https://github.com/farridav/django-jazzmin) that you might like, which would replace the whole look and feel.

You could use Jazzmin > https://django-jazzmin.readthedocs.io/, or you could move the project to Wagtail. You get a lot out of the box with Wagtail but it could be overkill for your project.

Instead, if you are looking for an admin replacement you could give a look to django-jazzmin (I’m not the author), it is a recent package and even if there are many issues it seems to be maintained (for now).

Django Jazzmin

One of my Favorite ones is Django-Jazzmin which is a drop-in app with plenty of things you can easily customize, including a built-in UI customizer.

I've been using Django Jazzmin. It's got some nuances that I've had to work around but it looks a lot better than the plain admin interface. It's more mobile friendly too but, again, not perfect.

Here me out, look at the flask-admin examples.

Django ORM feels half-baked compared to SQLAlchemy, don't know why you need django if flask-admin exist.

I'm also here because Flask-Admin MVC design plays nice with SQLAlchemy.

See flask-admin/examples/auth I recommend you use Flask-Security-Too.

Also it sounds like you inherited a flask application composed of different modules. But if you want a good example to see how to put things together i do appreciate flask_admin examples.

The reason im using py sqla for mvc i look at flask-admin for api i look at connexion, here a tutorial if your interested.

Have you looked at flask admin for example i know apache airflow have been using it.

have a look at flask_admin not saying use it(and if you want to that also fine) but it implements a lot of the classic backend mvc pattern for you to learn from.
