This is probably as basic you can get - but you can take away a lot from this tutorial. Seems like you haven’t tried looking on YouTube at all…

gpg-tui v0.2.0 is released, it now uses xplr for file selection!
Additionally I'll recommend that you build and release docker images via your Github Action workflow. You might find some inspiration here.
