I'm contemplating build a P2P/DEX/dAPP, so I want criticism and feedback
Then tell me why the source file names here have an extension of .go. Could it be that /u/kayabaNerve is correct, and the language is not Erlang, but Go?
- Monero should learn from payment channels and DERO's account-based model.

Why Have High-risk Vulnerabilities From the 2019 Audit STILL Not Been Patched??
Read the release notes on the last Atlantis release, it literally says "Version fix for previous release(P2P memory consuming bug fix.)" In the release title. https://github.com/deroproject/derosuite/releases

Why isn't the code open source?

Good Bounce
Randomly checked a file ( https://github.com/deroproject/derosuite/blob/master/transaction/transaction.go ) from the master branch in the Dero project as a comparison. I don't know GoLang, but it also had commented out parts and debug statements and that's been written from scratch, so no legacy excuse. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Pirate doesn't even look that bad compared to that file.

If you are still unsure, check the sidebar on the right of the project's main GitHub page, towards the end, heading Languages, where GitHub gives you the info that Dero code is 95.7% Go: https://github.com/deroproject/derohe

LibertyTown uses PCASH instead of XMR
They mention "Instant account balances [Need to get 66 bytes of data only from the blockchain]" on the DeroHE GitHub page. Their whitepaper is pretty outdated though.. I think details are only to be found in code.

"HoW DaRe yOu QueStIoN MuH vAccIne narrative!" Please show Dero some love, it's a small open source project that got some flack today because the official account RTed an anti vax tweet. Dero also happens to be the most powerful NSA proof crypto out there. Entirely open source & grass roots
The Stargate Whitepaper isn't out yet but the code is open source, anyone can inspect the code here.

PSA: Professional today means committed to perpetuating the big lie. Dero's official account retweeted this anti vax mandates tweet and then someone rage quitted with "Not the type of professional intelligent team I want to invest my money in."
In his thread Seth states Dero probably doesn't use homomorphic encryption. However Seth is not a coder, so he was tweeting out of spite without having reviewed the code. A few weeks later the founder of Secret network tweeted Dero asking for a link to the Homomorphic Encryption portion of the code, Dero answered. For reference this is the code

been away for a months, whats up with our competitors
IMHO you did not grab the chance to mention a very current, very easy-to-see and very grave problem: Look at the commits in the current repo, it's almost fully a one-person show. CaptainDero, period.
- Can't find any good mining guides
What are some alternatives?
blockatlas - Clean and lightweight cross-chain transaction API
dero-stratum-miner - ⛏ dero miner supporting mining over the stratum protocol
iotex-core - Official implementation of IoTeX blockchain protocol in Go.
docker_wownero - Such wow. Little privilege. Very container. Many security (maybe)
quic-go - A QUIC implementation in pure Go
documentation - Documentation, Guides, Whitepapers
averveil - Averveil is OpenSea for Data.
go-pandora-pay - PadoraPay chain in go
go-cardano-serialization - Golang library for serialization & deserialization of Cardano data structures.
docs - All technical papers, drafts, ideas, discussions related to hyle projects.
HElib - HElib is an open-source software library that implements homomorphic encryption. It supports the BGV scheme with bootstrapping and the Approximate Number CKKS scheme. HElib also includes optimizations for efficient homomorphic evaluation, focusing on effective use of ciphertext packing techniques and on the Gentry-Halevi-Smart optimizations.
