Stars - the number of stars that a project has on GitHub. Growth - month over month growth in stars.
Activity is a relative number indicating how actively a project is being developed. Recent commits have higher weight than older ones.
For example, an activity of 9.0 indicates that a project is amongst the top 10% of the most actively developed projects that we are tracking.

App to track where I've walked?
From there, you will need to take your exported GPS track files, and combine them, so they show up on a single map. I use https://erik.github.io/derive/, which loads the file within your own browser and doesn't send the tracks to anyone's servers.

App that maps everywhere I have ever walked?
I then use https://erik.github.io/derive/ to load all those GPS tracks, and it overlays them as a heatmap. Gives you a really nice overview of where you've been over time.

Way to overlay gpx maps
derive is pretty cool online heatmap tool. I'm sure there are plenty of other alternatives out there. :)

Four years of bumming around (commuting exclusively by bike for about half of that)
I've tracked the majority of my rides using strava on my phone, then downloaded the data and uploaded to a guy's app called Derive. It doesn't allow you to download an image so I captured a collage with snipping tool and composited them together with ICE.

Did anyone of you already wrote a script that automatically turns a gpx file into a map image?
Or dérive?
- Is there an app, where I can mark the roads on which I rode my bike?

Looking for a website/app to track multiple run routs overlaid on eachother.
If you have the GPS track files for your runs, I've had pretty good luck using https://erik.github.io/derive/

A day of skiing on Mt. Hood
This shows all of my skiing on Mt. Hood in the past 7 years compressed into 1 day. The different colors represent lift served resort days and self powered backcountry days. Visualization was created with my strava export and a custom R script I created available here if anyone wants to try it with their data. https://github.com/cjensen506/gpx-viz
