deb-to-ipa VS cydownload

You can use this app to convert the deb to ipa on yourdevice https://github.com/sourcelocation/DebToIPA and if that doesn't work try using this https://github.com/itsnebulalol/deb-to-ipa its a github workflow, so its not converted locally on your device

I have been trying to get Eneko which is a tweak and cant find it anywhere with a working repo only a deb so I need to convert a deb to ipa for me to use this tweak but can seem to do it. I have tried other apps such as deb-to-ipa-app and also https://github.com/itsnebulalol/deb-to-ipa but kept getting an error code cp: cannot stat '/home/runner/work/deb-to-ipa/deb-to-ipa/app/Applications/*': No such file or directory. So in conclusion do i need to convert a deb to ipa for me to use a deb tweak and if so how.

Today I'm releasing a small tool while we wait for Fugu15 - deb-to-ipa-app. It's a conversion tool for iOS to convert .deb apps to .ipa. It accomplishes the same task as deb-to-ipa by itsnebulalol, but runs 100% locally. Plus, you no longer need a GitHub account.

you can use cydownload to fetch .debs from any repo, very simple to use.

You can find links to debs from a desktop app called cydownload, by looking through a repo's Packages file, or by grabbing the link from a GitHub release (for example, the direct link to CocoaTop is here).

I decided to try my hand at making a local archive of my own containing repository contents that I utilize on my devices, however all the solutions that persist thus far are pretty rugged with how they work and their capabilities, the closest thing I stumbled on that works the best thus far is CyDownload (https://github.com/borishonman/cydownload). This tool allows you to download Debian packages from repositories directly onto your computer, which is perfect, however it's kind of buggy and lacks a lot of abilities to make what I want to happen more fluently. The first issue, you can't download in bulk, which makes the archival process a pain, I really don't want to give myself carpal tunnel syndrome doing repetitive clicks. The second issue, tweak descriptions, dependencies, etc. are not fetched like the Debian packages are at all, this is bad given you won't know the details about the tweak(s), dependencies required for the tweak(s) to work correctly on the devices, etc. The software is able to fetch older versions of tweaks too, however you have to manually set the version(s) you want to download (It's slightly buggy to play with), most cases you won't need to have older tweak versions, however I've had some cases where an older version of a tweak worked better or just worked period versus using the latest version of the same tweak. This software has potential for much more than what it is currently, sadly the developer behind it hasn't touched it since 2018, I don't foresee him or her returning to the project anytime soon, the existing forks are just forks of the latest commit from the original developer (likely forks for the sake of archival). I haven't been able to find any other reliable solutions that weren't dodgy and did the job appropriately.

download cydownload if on a Mac or use something like ios-repo-update to download your debs (cydownload lets you add repos and stuff though)

Someone else mentioned cydownload, not sure if it does send all the right headers though (and I've never used it).

I have https://github.com/borishonman/cydownload/releases installed on my M1. My way to get all this nice tweaks for...but i don’t know how to tweak apps on my mac before sideloading
