Considering Foundry - Content Question
In addition to the R20Converter module mentioned by others, if you're doing commercially prewritten adventures there's now a module (in beta) that imports complete adventures from D&D Beyond into Foundry. It's also a paid Patreon subscription, but in principle you could get the $3 or $5 tier once and import all your adventures and then unsubscribe. If you got your prewritten adventures elsewhere or pre-wrote them yourself then this particular module won't do much for you.

D&D Beyond Importer Help with the Proxy Server
Does anyone have a step-by-step guide or even better a video demonstrating how to setup the ddb-proxy the lack of clear instructions on how to do it makes it such a pain to get setup. I'm searched online but informational is minimal regarding this and previous posts on this aren't super instructive.

Help getting ddb-proxy working
Anybody managed to get ddb-proxy working? I've cloned the repo, and when I run nodejs . from within the directory, it displays DDB Proxy started on :3000. However, the features which require use of the proxy—e.g. bulk monster import and syncing character sheets back to DDB—are still not available to be clicked on within Foundry.

Considering Foundry - Content Question
Monster muncher and adventure muncher requires own ddb-proxy to run without patreon. I have committed Dockerfile that helps spin it up.
