How does dcs bios work/how do I use it?
I've been working with DCS BIOS quite a bit recently and may be able to answer some of these. First, make sure you're using the Flightpanels fork of DCS BIOS and not the original DCS BIOS. The Flightpanels fork is up to date, while the original has not been updated in a couple years.

how do i get my headtracking output into dcs
I see you're using AITrack. I had some issue with it in terms of tracking and I switched to FoxTracker. It works in the same fashion, check the settings though to switch the direct game control off.

FaceTrackNoIR vs FoxTracker
I've been using FOXTracker for a while. I like it, and it works with opentrack just fine, but I do notice it uses around 300 MB of memory. Seeing how DCS is pretty memory intensive and sometimes crashes due to memory maxing out, I was wondering if FaceTrackNoIR was less memory intensive so as to leave me more wiggle room.
- Anyone have an old trackIR they are willing to part with?

Not the prettiest HOTAS/IR-headtracker combo, but entirely DIY
I'm using FOXtracker, it works with opentrack or can be used by itself. In my personal opinion, after using both for a while, FOXtracker is smoother and more accurate than AItrack. I was thinking in build a DIY TrackIR clip, but FOXtracker works so fine that I think is not necessary.
- Does anyone have the latest FaceTracknoir software?

An iOS device with FaceID is better at head tracking than TrackIR
There's another head tracking solution called FoxTrack that utilize a webcam to perform head tracking. A PS3 webcam is recommended since it's cheap and has 60 fps.
