Is there a better way to manage the Firestore Database?
Hey! This looks great and you're definitely right. Firestore migrations are a real pain. That is the main reason why we wrote [Firewalk](https://github.com/proficientai/firewalk) at [Proficient AI](https://proficientai.com). It is an open-source collection traversal library for Firestore + Node.js with support for batching and concurrency control. Would you consider using it? Happy to make adjustments to support your use case. It's great to see a product that addresses this problem. I originally thought Google would eventually do it but they still haven't after so many years.
What are some alternatives?
express-validator - An express.js middleware for validator.js.
acebase - A fast, low memory, transactional, index & query enabled NoSQL database engine and server for node.js and browser with realtime data change notifications
TypeScript-Node-Starter - A reference example for TypeScript and Node with a detailed README describing how to use the two together.
nhost - The Open Source Firebase Alternative with GraphQL.
firecode - A light, fast, and memory-efficient collection traversal library for Firestore and Node.js.
react-firebase-hooks - React Hooks for Firebase.
firegraph - GraphQL Superpowers for Google Cloud Firestore
react-starter-kit - The web's most popular Jamstack front-end template (boilerplate) for building web applications with React
fhir-works-on-aws-deployment - A serverless implementation of the FHIR standard that enables users to focus more on their business needs/uniqueness rather than the FHIR specification
bulletproof-nodejs - Implementation of a bulletproof node.js API 🛡️
firebase-js-sdk - Firebase Javascript SDK
