Stars - the number of stars that a project has on GitHub. Growth - month over month growth in stars.
Activity is a relative number indicating how actively a project is being developed. Recent commits have higher weight than older ones.
For example, an activity of 9.0 indicates that a project is amongst the top 10% of the most actively developed projects that we are tracking.

Top ergonomic split keyboard right now?
I was thinking about printing a fully parameterized DM from here: https://ryanis.cool/dactyl/ (it even. has hotswappable sockets which is cool) but I'm not sure if DM is better than Scylla.

[Dactyl Generator] I've released big improvements to previews and renders
I've just published the first major update to my dactyl generator since its release. I've eliminated the holes that plagued models, improved plate generation, added estimates of the amount of material needed to print supports to the filament estimator, and have made things speedier. If you're interested in the details you can read the release notes on GitHub.

New member of my collection
Yeah, i did print it myself, i played a bit with https://ryanis.cool/dactyl and liked the ideia of 4 thumb keys

Dactyl design questions
Sorry, this was generated using ClojureScript. I may get around to setting up the environment in your repo and testing. I will let you know if I do.

Are there any choc dactyl manuform keyboards that I can print myself?
ryanis dactyl generator has a 'choc' Key Hole option. This generator outputs openCAD and stl formats.

Need advice on split keyboards for Catalan and C++ programming
that said, if you want to play a bit with 3d printing and designing you own keyboard, there's https://ryanis.cool/dactyl, which is a awesome tool to create a dactyl style keyboard the way you feel like

3d scan/measurements to 3d keyboard?
For measuring your hand, Google has a machine learning model for hand pose that gives you the joint positions. It's not a full mesh like other tools and it's only a library so you'd have to build a small app around it, yet it's surprisingly accurate. I'm planning on integrating this into the next version of my generator, but it'll likely take a few months to implement & test. If you're interested you can follow the progress.

I built an online Dactyl Generator, but with fast previews and STL export
Seeing the even more complex work that's going into trackball builds, I don't intend for the site to be the be-all and end-all of keyboard generators. I just don't have the time to integrate all those. However, I hope it makes jumping into the dactyl rabbit hole more accessible and fun for everyone. Please let me know what you think! The code is open source at https://github.com/rianadon/dactyl-configurator.

KiCad plugin for mechanical keyboard design
You can see it in action in tests here (remember to expand rows too see results) or by some examples here

Let's Design a Keyboard with Ergogen v4: Introduction – FlatFootFox
I developed something similar (PCB only, no cases) as KiCad plugin: https://github.com/adamws/kicad-kbplacer - it uses layouts from keyboard-layout-editor.com as input.

Been working on this one for a while
Once you get the hang of that, you can try using a tool to automate the key positioning stuff. There's a tool that repositions your keys given a KLE json (https://github.com/adamws/kicad-kbplacer and I used to use one called "Keyboard Layouter"), and there's a tool to actually generate the skeleton project for you as well (https://github.com/jeroen94704/klepcbgen). Just make sure you have a hang of KiCAD, footprints, symbols, etc before you dive too deep.
