Stars - the number of stars that a project has on GitHub. Growth - month over month growth in stars.
Activity is a relative number indicating how actively a project is being developed. Recent commits have higher weight than older ones.
For example, an activity of 9.0 indicates that a project is amongst the top 10% of the most actively developed projects that we are tracking.

What about game assets that target 1080p and you want 4K fidelity?
If you want to do more, there's chaiNNer and CupScale. You need to download an AI model to use those. There are a lot of anime/cartoon models out, so pick one that you like from here. (Note: Upscaly doesn't support these custom models.)

Do you have Topaz AI?
I'm not 100% sure how it holds up against topaz, but I've used cupscale (a gui for ESRGAN) to upscale most of my stuff. Its free (https://github.com/n00mkrad/cupscale) and you can find a million different ESRGAN models which are focused on different kinds of images (https://upscale.wiki/wiki/Model_Database).

(For FE Awakening in Citra) How can I change robin hair portrait?
Now upscaling isn't hard to do by itself, but the setup can be difficult. As I said earlier, ERSGAN is the preferable way to do it. (https://github.com/n00mkrad/cupscale) Cupscale is my preferred tool for doing it this way. (https://www.topazlabs.com/gigapixel-ai) Gigapixel is another option that's easier for newcomers, but may not produce as good of results. They even have a free trial if you want to demo the tool.

Now that they started banning stable diffusion on google colab, what's the cheapest and the best way to deploy stable diffusion?
I use cupscale for upscaling things. Allows chaining models and handles video.

Are there any google collab scripts or other tools to upscale a bunch of images..?
For local there's cupscale and chainner

What is the best thing to use to upscale your images?
What are you trying to upscale? There's a whole lot of different upscalers out there, each best used for a specific type of image. If i do a cartoon character i want to blow up, i use RealESRGAN 4xAnime (6B) and then throw the upscaled image in Gigapixel AI and blow it up 6x. So in the end i get a super sharp 12k+ image out of it. You can download an upscale model and use it in Chainner on your local machine or throw it in the ESRGAN folder in your AUTOMATIC111 SD fork.

Can someone do a step by step guide on how you’re all up scaling to the amazing quality I keep seeing. Include what upscale you use at each step please and if you comp in something like photoshop.

Our dream GUI is coming together nicely. We believe the future is a server that runs a very responsive webgui for you (for free and open source) that you point your server at (either home or rented vps). A different team has made good progress on a canvas editor
I thought about doing something similar, but instead of creating my own project, I would have made a module for this one: https://github.com/joeyballentine/chaiNNer

Finally got the printed version of my graphic novel made with Midjourney!
For these, I used the software gigapixel AI. A free alternative is the process described here https://youtu.be/g_FlJ9yIG9U using this software. https://github.com/JoeyBallentine/chaiNNer

When using cupscale and esrgan all the upscaled textures look a lot darker
Alternatively, you could keep using your current model and correct the color shift. ChaiNNer has 2 nodes that can do this called "Average Color Fix" and "Color Transfer". Both nodes take your upscaled image and the original image (reference) and try to make the upscaled image look like the original image by shifting colors.

Looking for someone to upscale some 320-480p videos up to 4k.
Here is the link https://github.com/joeyballentine/chainner and you download the models for ESRGAN from here https://upscale.wiki/wiki/Model_Database

Cupscale stuck "Loading ESRGAN (Pytorch)..."
Use ChaiNNer instead. Cupscale is outdated and hasn't been updated for a year.

Upscaling
I use this, https://github.com/joeyballentine/chaiNNer
- She is heading off to print! Using chaiNNer has been great for upsizing these so I can edit at a reasonable size. It is a great free tool over on github that uses whatever model you prefer. I will link to it below.
