www.matic.network is down for 24+ hours and nobody has mentioned it?
The matic.network website is down, which hosted a bunch of services different projects rely on. If you are using the API for obtaining current gas / market data then your systems will not have the latest gas estimates from the gasstation service.

These are the fields in the contract of the NFTs I created. Could someone please explain what these are and how to fill them out? I am trying to learn everything I can about NFTs and what happens in the background.
I am not a pro. But I am guessing you are asking for this - https://github.com/maticnetwork/contracts

Question - I want to purchase an Instagram account for around £20k. Is there a smart contract I could use to get the password without risk of being scammed ?
You could look into HTLC hashed timelocked contracts, these are used to make bitcoin lightning channels for example. There is an ETH smartcontract here: https://github.com/chatch/hashed-timelock-contract-ethereum (I haven't checked the code but the explanation & links in the readme is good)
