I need help with creating a Personal Knowledge System which is useful and future proof.
FWIW, there's an empty mgsd TW here. You have to set it to raw save it off and possibly rename it to html, but I just tested it and it works. It is TW Classic. The code from the original author is here.

Your tickler system
I use a highly tweaked Tiddlywiki called mGSD for my work GTD system and the built in ticklers are nice. Digital-only, obviously. One nice feature is I can turn ticklers into projects or actions and vice versa so I can put things to sleep for a while and then re-integrate where they need to go. It used to be here but isn't working right now. If you're willing to futz a little, you can get an empty and a demo version here.
What are some alternatives?
