I was lucky because there already was one written config that added Bluetooth permissions to native projects config-plugins/react-native-ble-plx. I simply used it.

You'll need to add custom native code to your Expo app. There are two ways to do this. One is to use react-native-webrtc and install an Expo config plugin (@config-plugins/react-native-webrtc) that automates the Android Studio and Xcode project changes. I`m currently learning ReactNative. I am developing React Apps for my company and right now I wanted to learn how to develop mobile Apps with RN. I came across a cool tutorial where the above mentioned library was used. It uses the google Places Api where I created a API Key on my firebase account. Right now I am struggling on how to store it securely if I were to deploy the App to Apple App Store or Google Playstore?

hi, I'm a junior web dev about to finish developing my react native app that has a map and a places search bar. both components use google maps and places apis. it turns out places api potentially can cost me a lot when app is released. right now I'm using this package and looking for an alternative. all I need is finding addresses and returnin coordinates. I believe there's mapbox, but then I'd have to use their map too if I'm understanding well.
